PEAK Fitness and Nutrition is a personal fitness studio catering to all aspects, levels, and lifestyles of personal fitness. Our clients range from Bodybuilders to Models to Golfers, and everyone in between. PEAK Fitness is operated by Raejha Douziech.

Raejha has been competitively involved in the fitness industry for over 17 years. Her credentials are IFBB Professional Bodybuilder, IFBB Professional Figure athlete, Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure Judging Official - Provincial Level, Specialty Fitness Leader, Weight Training Instructor, Nutritionist and Sports Nutritionist - a Total Body Consultant.

Raejha has always been involved in athletics, excelling in all sports. After first being introduced to Bodybuilding, Raejha quickly moved up the ranks - earning her Pro Card with 3 shows under her belt. It was here she discovered the importance of targeted training and nutrition programs; from which, she developed her own goal specific regimes for dramatic results. The numerous awards her athletes are winning are a testimony to Raejha's personally developed diets and training principles. Since then Raejha has been featured in such magazines as: BodySport, MuscleMag, Iron Man, Women's Physique World, Flex, Muscle & Fitness, and Oxygen. In addition, she was the first female bodybuilder in 9 years to grace the pages of Muscle & Fitness Hers.

Raejha's passion for personal fitness has lead to the creation of PEAK Fitness; our mission is to promote Healthy Living and Continuous physical/mental improvement. PEAK Fitness assists Amateur, National, and Pro level competitors in the Bodybuilding, Fitness, and Figure arena. She is considered one of the top Fitness & Figure trainers in Canada (with 2 of her athletes attaining their IFBB Pro Figure status and another athlete attaining her FAME Fitness Pro status in 2006 alone) and gaining momentum in the U.S scene.

In addition to coaching competitors, Raejha trains people seeking sport specific goals and overall Healthy Living. A prime example of Healthy Living principles is the 12 Week Challenge (which will be running again in the near future - inquire for start dates). This program is geared for people wanting a lifestyle change - it provides dramatic results and gives you the tools to create and maintain the physique you desire. With a successful completion rate of 87% and an average weight loss of over 34 pounds (with just as amazing corresponding inches lost), the results speak for themselves… as a bonus… additional exercise was an option!
